Cannabis impacts female fertility

This study shows a significant decrease in the rate at which normal embryos are produced in the THC positive group as compared to the control group. Further, THC damages the form and function of the mitotic spindle (the structure that guides separation of chromosomes during cell division and the formation of eggs and sperm), inducing errors in oocyte chromosome segregation.
