Cannabis Causes Autism, Cancers, Accelerated Aging, and More
Research by Dr. Stuart Reece
Dr. Stuart Reece, a Clinical Doctor and Professor of Medicine at the University of Western Australia Medical School, has conducted extensive research on the population health harms of cannabis. In this series of videos, Dr. Reece highlights different health harms resulting from the genotoxicity, neurotoxicity, and carcinogenic nature of cannabis. These properties are inherent in all forms of cannabis, including CBD and hemp.
Dr. Reece's research points to cannabis contamination in the food chain and water table, therefore removing an individual's choice to be exposed to cannabis at dangerous, health-harming levels. (See article "Cannabis: multigenerational and food chain impacts" for more information on water and food chain contamination). Coupled with more traditional forms of second-hand exposure to cannabis smoke, vape, and airborne pollution from grows and processing operations, this points to an alarming outcome for population-level health.

Summary
Warning Letters To The FDA, UK Parliament, and Australian TGA
Dr. Reece also drafted letters of warning to the US FDA and the UK Parliament highlighting the genotoxicity of cannabis, including CBD, as well as a number of other harmful effects. The FDA letter notes that therapeutic effects have been "wildly inflated". Drug Free Australia (DFA) submitted a report to the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) noting their changed stance on medical cannabis based on extensive research by Dr. Reece. Here is DFA's fact summary that lead to their changed stance, followed by the full letters / reports.

What is cannabis?

This term includes marijuana, hemp, THC, cannabinoids, and CBD.

Recognizing Cannabis Smoke and Vape
Just because you're not smelling that classic skunky smell doesn't mean you're not exposed to cannabis.
It used to be that you could recognize cannabis fairly consistently by the skunk smell. Much of the modern cannabis, however, is infused with different smells and flavors, called terpenes. Terpenes also make the body more penetrable and more susceptible to the effects of cannabis.
"I have recently begun to be exposed to marijuana and CBD on a daily basis due to neighbor use multiple times a day. In just two months, with no other significant changes in diet, life habits, etc., I developed some alarming symptoms, including dental issues, cognitive impairment, motor coordination problems, burning skin, nausea, and fatigue."

Cannabis Products, Including CBD, Are Neurotoxic
CBD in particular is gaining a reputation in popular culture for their healing benefits. The benefits of CBD, although apparent to some, are not supported by research with the exception of a specific type of child epilepsy. The long-term damage due to the neurotoxic effects on the brain can and eventually will affect the entire body's health.
