This rat study revealed that exposure to high-dose THC in adolescence resulted in cognitive vulnerabillity in adulthood. Specifically, the rats demonstrated increased impulsivity and risky decision-making in adulthood as a result of the THC expsoure. These results are similar to those from analyzed data obtained from 37 human chronic cannabis users and were enhanced by acute reexposure to THC.
